Best Dressed Bottles

A bottle of wine is the go to gift for parties, birthdays and casual get togethers. In Spain, wine is cheaper than water, so I decided to up the invite ante and use some dressy bottles as my invite for a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party I was hosting. These cute covers can be used to dress up a gift bottle, or as party favors as well.

Looking for a way to change up your watch band? I saw this super cute idea at a craft fair, and decided to copy it with my own tired watch strap. It's simple and doesn't take much time, not to mention the materials needed (safety pins and beads) can be easily purchased for under $5.

DIY Wine Bottles Repurposed

With the amount of wine we drink out here in Spain reaching an all time high in summer (see my recipe for Tinto de Verrano here) it seems a shame to throw all of the gorgeous bottles into recycling. Instead, I've got a few DIY projects that can put your old wine bottles to good (and pretty) use!

DIY Name Hangers

I love a great DIY gift for a lot of reasons. Not only does it show you care, but it is an interesting, one of a kind, work of art that the receiver can't get anywhere else. With that in mind, I made some pretty personalized hangers for my bridesmaids during my wedding. It was a simple process and made for a great way to display their dresses while we all got ready.
