Red Light Therapy

Since turing 30 I am looking at ways to make sure I can fend off wrinkles and age spots as much as I can. I have been hearing all about this Red Light Therapy as a way to do just that (as well as treat acne) so I have decided to try it. The red light bed is supposed to use non UV rays to produce collagen and elastin in the body. It has been used in the medical setting for years to treat people who had cancerous and pre cancerous skin lesions. As with most cosmetic procedures (hello botox) now it has moved on to the everyday consumer looking for a way to reduce aging.  My local spa has it for the whole body (not just the face as some places do) and I have bought a package there and am currently using it. Read more after the jump on the results so far!

The ageless Jennifer Aniston- is the secret Smart Water?

I have bought the face serum, the brighting cream (for my age spot), and the whole body cream. I have been doing it for 20 minutes 2x a week for 3 weeks and I can notice a difference in my face. Right after I get out of the bed my face feels tighter and is flushed, which goes away after about 30 minutes, my body is just plain sweaty (even though it's not a tanning bed it's kinda like on in the fact that it's hot and a tiny capsule). My face has seemed brighter, smoother, and less blotchy then before. My one pesky age spot isn't gone, but it has gotten lighter. My body...well I honestly haven't noticed any difference there yet.
